About My Approach
Are you stuck in the same dating patterns, going through a painful heartbreak, or caught in a relationship cycle that feels impossible to break?
You’re not alone—and the good news is that heartbreak and relational struggles, while painful, can be one of the richest opportunities for growth and transformation. When moved through with intention, it can help you build not just healthier relationships, but a life that feels bigger, more meaningful, and deeply aligned with who you are.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating dating and relationship patterns, going through breakups, and couples who feel caught in intense cycles. Many of my clients are creative, driven, and deeply feeling—they want love that feels inspiring and secure, yet often find themselves pulled into dynamics that leave them heartbroken, anxious, or overthinking.
In our work together, we’ll combine deep curiosity, insight, and practical tools to help you:
Heal heartbreak and process relational pain
Break repetitive patterns in dating and relationships
Build emotional security, self-esteem, and self-trust
Communicate more clearly and effectively
Create relationships—and a life—that feel fulfilling, aligned, and expansive
This work, while perhaps triggered by relational pain, is deeply self-reflective and self focused. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and techniques from DBT, attachment theory, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and psychodynamic approaches. I also support clients in connecting with their spiritual selves in ways that feel authentic to them.
I work from a queer-affirming, sex positive and kink friendly , anti-bias lens and am aligned with HAES and intuitive eating principles. Therapy is not “one size fits all,” and we’ll collaborate to discover what works best for you. I believe you are the best expert in your own experience.
Education and Training
After getting my undergraduate degree in psychology, I spent two years working at a residential OCD program in Los Angeles as an exposure coach where I trained in targeted treatment of anxiety disorders from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework. I went on to receive my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from USC, where I was selected as a student ambassador. I completed my clinical training at Beit T’Shuvah, a faith-based, residential addiction treatment center in Los Angeles. I am certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Since graduating, I have been invited back to the USC Marriage and Family Therapy Program to guest lecture about incorporating spirituality and religion into psychotherapy from a decolonized lens. I am currently working as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #133492 under the supervision of Gabriel Garcia, LMFT #99274 both virtually and in my office on Larchmont.
